The 2 man team were outstanding! Nothing was too much trouble as they moved my elderly Mum from North Somerset to live with me in Surrey, on what was arguably the hottest day of the summer. Their work rate was fast and sustained and they gave us complete confidence. Thank you MLW Removals.

We used MLW for their full pack and move service and honestly couldn’t fault them.Jack and Tom came the first day and packed most of our things for us, then Jack, Byron, Delvin and Alan came to pack and load everything into the vans. They were all such nice lads, really friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.It was around 35°C across both days, so we made sure they had plenty of drinks and coffee to keep them hydrated and alert, and honestly, considering the heat, they did an amazing job. They worked so hard throughout and were still so friendly and helpful.The whole process was made so much easier by them, especially having the full packing service, and we’re genuinely so grateful for all their hard work. They’re an absolute credit to MLW and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone moving house!

What a smooth experience!… MLW came in and packed up our whole house contents. They were friendly, polite and helpful from the start. Our possessions and furniture were dealt with carefully and packed well in the vans and also in the storage where everything is currently held. It was a day we dreaded but it all went very well. Thank you to all of this involved! See you again when we move out of storage.

The process of appointing MLW Removals was very good from the start. Mitch came the same day as I enquired and quickly grasped our needs and anticipated the solutions he could offer. They were also very flexible on dates which helped immensely. He made good and insightful suggestions, even encouraging us to take things we might have left to avoid us losing out. Pricing was even keener by us agreeing to pay in advance. The team arrived promptly and Rich took time to survey each area of items and advised on how we could make things more speedy and efficient. They worked exceptionally quickly compared to previous teams we had used, and checked back with us for each room and area that we were happy that they were cleared to our satisfaction. Though we pushed capacity of vans a little, the guys happily worked around this. They were waiting for us at the other end and were even quicker at unloading and positioning in the.new house, even installing the washer and appliances. They again made sure we were happy that each room was set up to our preferences. The guys were all very friendly and helpful and we actually had some fun in the process which is rare in a moving scenario, and we have done it quite a few times now! No moaning or negativity at all (again rare!) just a solid can-do approach. Thank you Rich, Delvin & Jack! 👍

Alan & Byran moved us last week Alan & Byran moved us last week. Excellent job. Nothing they couldn’t do. Heaviest mattress they have ever moved and the juke box was heavier than any fridge freezer, but they persevered and completed the task, even if it left them panting like a thirsty dog. Polite, helpful, a thoroughly good service and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Cheers guys!

Fantastic removals company and wonderful team Excellent move from start to finish and Mitch was understanding about changing the day of the move. Geoff, Rich and Delvin were great, quick and worked really well as a team, especially as they had to help pack on the day. Geoff was really helpful as I was so stressed but he reassured me everything would be fine. Myself and daughter used MLW removals before and would recommend them. Thanks again Geoff, Rich and Delvin 🙂
