MLW Removals have created multiple frequently asked questions regarding our removal services, boxing and packing, furniture disassembly and reassembly, storage and cleaning services to help you as a visitor and potential customer.
Yes. All our removals, deliveries and storage to cleaning are offered as competitive free quotations.
A1. Fully Comprehensive Insurance is standard, this includes public liability and good in transit for hire and reward.
A2. On average from start to finish 3 to 4 hours
A3. We sure do, we charge £10 to take an item apart and £10 to rebuild.
A4. No, but we do offer a discount if you pay in full, when you book a removal date.
A5. There is no charges for waiting times, no hidden fees at all.
A6. We sure do, free of charge.
A7. We ask all customer to leave items in bedside tables and chest of draws. Just please removal contents from wardrobes.
A8. We do sell boxes for a small fee, they are Alot Cheaper than shop bought.
A9. Yes, everything will go in the correct rooms, and in the correct place you want them.
A10. Please empty the fridge the morning of the move. Keep freezer contents in, just empty the fridge.
A11. We sure can, we are a registered waste carrier and give good rates to dispose of any unwanted furniture.
A12. We do, heavy duty mattress protector bags are used. Thick blankets also for all other goods, whilst on transit.
A13. All of our vans come standard with 500KG tail lifts, so even the heaviest of items arnt a struggle.
A14. We have partnered up with a local cleaning team, they give amazing value for money, you won’t be disappointed.
A15. All our staff are fully trained, steel toe cap boots and uniform is standard.
A16. Yes, We have partnered up with container team, booking through us will get you a discount.
A17. If you are packing yourself, just please make sure all goods are packed well, boxes taped well and labeled correctly.
A18. The sooner the better, but we don’t need much notice to get you booked in. As soon as you know let us know.
A19. No this will not cost you, there are no hidden charges. We will simply change your date for free, even if you let us know the day before a removal.
A20. We do not close, if you need us at a time that suits you, we will be there.
