Recently moved and used MLW for the transportation of my items. Rich and Tom turned up and immediately got to work, including disassembling my bed and clothes rail. On arrival, they supported us disassembling our fridge to be able to get into the house and then reassembling. Nothing seemed an issue for Rich and Tom and they were done by Midday!We found Rich and Tom to be very friendly, highly professional and helpful. Tom offered some useful advice aswell as to how we can mount our TV to the wall, which we have managed to do!Highly recommend.

We used this company to move a couple… We used this company to move a couple of days ago; Geoff and Bryon were amazing, no stress, nothing was a problem, really professional, and overall a couple of lovely guys. They had everything we needed in their van for the move. Would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Moving house is never fun but seriously, the team that carried out our move – Rich, Alan and Byron really did make it fun!! A very professional and very happy bunch who really looked after my furniture and belongings. Everything was so stress free, so chilled and nothing was too much trouble. This stress free approach set the tone for the day and we really did appreciate the teams efforts. Their enthusiasm never faded and I continued to be impressed during the unpacking phase. Everything put back together, white goods plumbed in and an overall perfect service from this team. Thanks for sending them out to us Mitch! I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re moving house you definitely need these guys on your side.

First things first, from our very first contact with Mitch, he could not have been any more accommodating. We had been stuck in a chain and in a situation where we could potentially be spending thousands of pounds to move, without knowing whether it was actually going to happen.We originally opted for a full packing service, but, being nervous about spending money when we might not be moving, we decided to pack everything ourselves. Not because of the cost difference, but because it gave us a little more time to pull out if things went south. Things were going south fast, and our buyer was threatening to pull out if we were delayed by another day!At 5 pm the day before the move, after constant communication, we booked the van as it was more than 50% likely to go ahead.The team – Geoff, Rich and Byron – were ruddy brilliant! They helped us so much on the most stressful day of our lives. They cracked on with moving our stuff out swiftly and calmed our nerves as they went about packing down 23 years of memories… and so much stuff!As they cleared the rooms, we and a couple of friends followed behind, doing a deep clean. Then, at 11.30 am, when we got the call to say we had exchanged, they were so kind and understanding of my tears, as my body didn’t know what to do!We had too much stuff for the vans because we are really efficient at storage, so they arranged for us to have another van on the day.As a side note, we were on a main road, so having these vans meant we kept it clear. They efficiently loaded everything on the drive, then drove off and pulled round in another van, meaning our village wasn’t clogged up with traffic.We didn’t complete until 3.45 pm, and then the team, joined by two members of another team in a van called Jake, worked tirelessly until they dropped.All in all, these guys pulled a 12-hour shift getting us moved in and helped regulate our nervous systems at the same time!Things I would do differently next time:* Go with my gut. If it feels like it will work, trust that over percentages.* Book a packing team.* Book a cleaning team.I cannot recommend these guys enough.A BIG thank you from us!!!

A fantastic experience We had a very complicated and very stressful exchange and completion last week. The only thing not complicated and stressful was the amazing job that Jeff, Rich and Byron did in moving all of our stuff from the old house to our new house. They were kind, patient and professional and moved us with great expertise. We can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

We were recommended MLW Removals by a friend, and they truly delivered. Alan and Tom moved our home yesterday and were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They made what could have been a really stressful day feel effortless. They were friendly, efficient and clearly experienced at what they do. Great kindness and care from Rich and Geoff I just wanted to leave a note to show my appreciation for the move being carried out by Rich and Geoff. We’re moving my 92 year old mum’s entire house full of treasured possessions as we move her into a granny annex, in two moves across the country. The guys have gone out of their way to make sure mum was comfortable and looked after through this stressful period, taking great care of her furniture and ornaments throughout the packing, the move, and the unloading.
